Hi, we’re Abby and Cordis Hall!

We’re professional trail runners for adidas TERREX and we live in Flagstaff, Arizona. Abby runs full-time and by day, Cordis is an engineer. By morning and night, we’re running trails, cooking copious amounts of vegan food, and scheming up projects on our van or house.

We met in 2016, when Abby (formerly Abby Mitchell) moved from Los Angeles in search of community around trail running. Cordis had just graduated from CU and was training for Nolan’s 14, and Abby was in pursuit of her big dream on the John Muir Trail. Neither went as planned, but in the process we fell in love with dreaming big and working hard — and each other. With a partnership founded by long days (and nights) up high and forged by love, we got married on June 8, 2019!
